Midland Metro has created, in partnership with Transport for West Midlands (TfWM), a Passenger Panel compromising of a number of our regular customers to have a say on how we operate.
This is part of the ongoing support for the Transforming Tram Travel agreement with TfWM which allows our passengers to come and have their say on what works well and what does not.
The panel consists of Midland Metro passengers with varying backgrounds who undertook an induction day to find out all about the inner workings of a bus company whilst understanding of TfWM and the Councils' role within light rail operation.
The aim of the panel is to discuss major concerns, suggest improvements that could be made, gather feedback on new products and services as well as branching out to help us communicate to a wider audience within the local community.
